Monthly Pocket helps you organize information you provide. You remain responsible for financial decisions, account security, and the accuracy of your records.
1. Accepting these terms
Monthly Pocket is operated by Minisoftwareshop (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using Monthly Pocket, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into these terms and to authorize use of the Google account you connect.
2. What Monthly Pocket provides
Monthly Pocket is a browser-based personal budgeting tool. It can organize balances, expenses, reimbursements, leave records, travel plans, preferences, and related information; calculate summaries; and create CSV or JSON exports.
Monthly Pocket is provided for personal information-management purposes. It is not a bank, payment processor, accountant, investment adviser, financial adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser. Information and calculations shown by Monthly Pocket are not professional advice.
3. ₹199 lifetime purchase
Monthly Pocket offers lifetime access for a one-time price of ₹199. “Lifetime” means access for the operating life of the Monthly Pocket service, linked to the Google account used during checkout. It does not promise that every present feature will remain unchanged forever.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Monthly Pocket verifies the Razorpay order, signature, captured amount, currency, and account association before granting access. Monthly Pocket does not receive or store full card, bank, or UPI credentials.
Except where required by law, a purchase is non-refundable after lifetime access has been granted. Duplicate, failed-but-charged or incorrect charges are refunded as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy; report them to minisoftwareshop@gmail.com.
4. Google account and Sheets connection
Google sign-in is required for cloud synchronization and to associate lifetime access with the correct account. When you authorize Monthly Pocket, the service uses the permissions described in the Privacy Policy to identify your workspace and create or access the private Monthly Pocket spreadsheet associated with your account.
Your use of Google services is also governed by Google’s applicable terms and policies. You can disconnect Monthly Pocket by logging out and revoking its access in your Google Account. Some features may stop working if access is removed.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and review calculations before relying on them.
- Protect your device, browser profile, Google account, and downloaded backups.
- Use Monthly Pocket only for lawful purposes and only with accounts and data you are authorized to use.
- Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use automated traffic that harms availability.
- Maintain backups of information you cannot afford to lose.
You own the content you enter. You allow Monthly Pocket to process that content only as needed to operate the features you choose.
6. Availability and changes
Monthly Pocket may be updated, suspended, limited, or discontinued. Features can depend on your browser, Google APIs, internet access, exchange-rate providers, Razorpay, and hosting services. Continuous, error-free, or permanent availability is not guaranteed.
Third-party services are controlled by their providers. Monthly Pocket is not responsible for their outages, policy changes, data practices, or actions.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Monthly Pocket is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the extent permitted by law, Monthly Pocket and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or decisions made using the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Ending your use
You may stop using Monthly Pocket at any time. You can export a backup, delete the Monthly Pocket spreadsheet from Google Drive, clear Monthly Pocket site data from your browser, and revoke Monthly Pocket’s Google access. These locations are separate, so follow the removal steps in the Data Policy if you want to remove each copy.
Access may be limited or ended if you misuse the service, create security risk, violate these terms, or if continued operation is no longer practical or lawful.
9. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when Monthly Pocket or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be revised for material updates. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
For questions about these terms, email minisoftwareshop@gmail.com or see the Contact page.
