The ₹199 lifetime purchase is non-refundable once access is unlocked. If you were charged twice, or charged without access being unlocked, write to minisoftwareshop@gmail.com and the extra or failed payment will be refunded in full.
1. Summary
Monthly Pocket, operated by Minisoftwareshop, sells lifetime access to the Monthly Pocket budgeting web app for a one-time payment of ₹199 (inclusive of any applicable taxes) through Razorpay. There is no subscription, no renewal and no recurring charge.
2. What you are buying
Your payment unlocks Monthly Pocket for the Google account you are signed in with at checkout, for the operating life of the service, as described in the Terms of Service. Monthly Pocket is a digital service delivered instantly in your browser; nothing is shipped.
Before paying you can read the How to use guide, the feature list on the homepage, and ask the help chat any question, so you know what you are getting.
3. No refunds after access is unlocked
Because access is delivered immediately and permanently after payment, a purchase is non-refundable once lifetime access has been granted to your Google account. This includes changing your mind, not using the app, or no longer needing it.
4. When we will refund
You will receive a full refund of the affected payment if:
- Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same Google account.
- Charged but not unlocked — money left your account but lifetime access was not granted and could not be restored with your Razorpay payment ID (see “Already paid? Restore access” in the app).
- Wrong amount — you were charged an amount other than the price shown at checkout.
Failed payments that Razorpay does not capture are normally reversed to your account automatically by your bank or payment app, usually within 5–7 working days, without any request.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
5. Cancellation
There is no subscription to cancel. You may stop using Monthly Pocket at any time and remove your data as explained in the Data Policy. Stopping use or deleting your data does not create a right to a refund.
If a refund is issued under section 4 for your only payment, lifetime access for that Google account is removed. Your budget data stays in your own Google Sheet and browser.
6. How to request a refund
Email minisoftwareshop@gmail.com within 30 days of the payment with:
- the Google account email you signed in with,
- your Razorpay payment ID (starts with
pay_, shown in your Razorpay receipt email or payment app), and - a short description of the problem (for example, “charged twice”).
Never send card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, OTPs or passwords. We will never ask for them.
7. Processing time
We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method; Razorpay and your bank usually credit them within 5–7 working days.
