REMEMBER JUST THREE THINGS

EVERY TOOL, PLAINLY

What each part is for.

No manual-reading energy required.

01 / OVERVIEW

Your monthly cockpit

Available is what remains. Starting includes new funds plus carry-forward. Expenses is total spending. Awaiting is money still owed to you.

02 / CATEGORIES

Zoom into spending

Use Business Trip, Reimbursable, Personal Buying, or Monthly Travelling to filter the table. Search finds names, details, and categories.

03 / MONTHS

Travel through history

Use the arrows or month picker. Older edits recalculate future carry-forward, so your numbers stay connected.

04 / LEAVES

Time off, remembered

Set casual, medical, and comp-off allowances. Add full or half days. Positive unused leave carries forward; negative leave does not.

05 / MINI TOOLS

Convert and plan

Convert currencies using public daily rates. Build travel plans with notes, packing lists, tasks, and progress—without leaving Monthly Pocket.

06 / PROFILE

Your control room

Open your Sheet, load or save cloud data, download a full JSON backup, restore it, or log out. CSV export lives on the monthly toolbar.

SAFE CLEAN-UP

Clearing a month has guardrails.

  1. Choose budget records, leave records, or both.
  2. Download a backup if you may need the data later.
  3. Type the exact YYYY-MM to confirm.

Only the selected month is cleared. Other months and recurring leave allowances stay intact.
